Greyhorne cannot be held responsible for claims issued beyond this 48 hour period. Taking photo's of both box and contents will accelerate your replacement item(s). If a return is to be shipped out, regular lead times for that product will apply. Shipping and restocking fees may apply to any returns, depending on the situation.
